This is the body’s innate timing device. It provides our inner 24 hour clock for our sleep-wake cycles, hormone releases, eating habits, and more.

Circadian rhythms are controlled internally but are also highly impacted by environmental cues. Using our candles alongside playlists and tea samples will help in establishing a daily ritual, vital in maintaining a healthy life balance and encouraging moments of slow living.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils, which allow for an improvement in our mood, psychological and physical health.

Essential oils are derived from distilling or steaming plant parts. They have a long history and have been used for hundreds of years. Because of this, essential oils are the scents to fragrance our candles.
